Follow the path South-West of the Bear Tribe Refuge until you reach the next crossing. Move slightly South and kill the Ice Clan Impaler Elite. It drops the Warrior’s Chain.

Bring the Warrior’s Chain to the Bear Tribe Refuge
Return to the Bear Tribe Refuge and talk to Sena to finish off the Quest.
