When you approach the n-shape Kauller the Collector is marked with a skull icon.Claim the Head of Kauller the Collector – Kill him and pick up the Head of Kauller.Speak with Greganoch – Use the waypoint back to the Bear Tribe Refuge and interact with Greganoch.Mount the Head of Kauller – Interact with the pile of monster remains next to Greganoch to finish the Quest.
