Enhanced Charged Bolts – Hitting an enemy at least 3 times with the same cast of Charged Bolts releases a lightning nova, dealing 15% 24% damage to enemies around them.
Enhanced Frost Nova – Killing enemies Frozen by Frost Nova reduces its Cooldown by 2 1 seconds, up to 6 4 seconds per cast.
Enhanced Ice Blades – Ice Blades’s Cooldown is reduced by 1 0.5 second seconds each time it hits a Vulnerable enemy.

Glinting Spark – Spark grants +2% increased Critical Strike Chance per cast for 3 5 seconds, up to +10% +8% .
