Recently, players discovered that the Dark Dance Malignant Heart had some unintended side effects – namely, it was self-inflicting harmful status effects such as Vulnerable because it treated using Health for a Resource as self-damage. Thankfully, Blizzard has a fix for Patch 1.1.1!
