Blizzard has announced a new pinnacle seasonal event called Abattoir of Zir coming to Diablo 4 on December 5.

This event will last for six weeks and is aimed at players who have reached Level 100, slain Uber Duriel, and mastered all the other activities that Diablo 4 has to offer. Surviving this encounter will reward players with a new Unique Paragon Glyph.
