Blizzard has released the first hotfix of Diablo 4 Season 4, which will fix the issue of certain Unique items not dropping after defeating end-game bosses. The hotfix will also take care of unintended item behavior on Eternal characters.

This hotfix is currently rolling out and should be fully rolled out in the coming hours.
