Blizzard has announced that they are aware of performance issues for PS4 players, and will be deploying a patch soon to address the problem.

We have been monitoring the issues that players have been experiencing particularly with PS4 users. We have a patch currently submitted over for verification and are awaiting approval on this.
We anticipate this to happen either tomorrow or at the very latest on Monday.
