Blizzard has noted that they are working on a fix soon regarding a new bug in Diablo 4 Season 9, which causes items to drop with missing affixes. As a temporary solution, Blizzard made note to say that selecting Duriel rewards at Belial will avoid the issue.
Given the speed of the previous hotfixes that have come out addressing Horadric Phials and Seasonal Arcana Drops, this hopefully won’t be a problem for long.
