Blizzard has released an announcement stating that Diablo 4’s Patch 2.3.1 has been rolled back – an estimated fix time has not yet been announced.
We are rolling back our PC clients from 2.3.1. to 2.3.0 while we investigate some crashes.

As a result of this rollback, the Gift of the Tree event is also being delayed – some players, however, have received rewards from it already, so the new timeframe for the event remains to be seen.
